Buyer's Inspection

Know before you buy. Structure, systems, and surfaces, roof to foundation. Report in your hands the same day, plus an onsite or phone walkthrough so nothing gets lost in the fine print.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Know what your buyer’s inspector will find before they do. Fix it, price it right, or negotiate from strength.

New Build Warranty Inspection

Your 1-year builder warranty expires. We inspect at 10-11 months so issues stay the builder’s problem, not yours.

Air Quality Testing

Add-On radon and mold testing with separate reports. Some threats aren’t visible. We look for them anyway.

Appliance Recall Check

Every inspected appliance is checked against the CPSC national recall database. Included free with every inspection, because you shouldn’t have to ask.

Matt was incredibly thorough throughout the entire inspection. The house we were looking at ended up having quite a few issues, which could have easily been overwhelming. However, Matt’s approach completely eased our anxiety. Instead of just handing us a list of problems, he took the time to break everything down for us:

Immediate Priorities: He clearly identified what needed to be addressed right away for safety and structural integrity.
Future Projects: He pointed out what was minor and didn’t need immediate attention.
